Yes, sleep is great! I have been trying to sleep as much as possible, the nicotine will leave your body within 72hrs, and it will get easier. Each day is a little better than the day before, before long you will be amazed how little you even think about it</description>

Each day will get a little easier.I finally quit in Oct2006.I used the patch and it helped.I had tried to quit before so I know what I was getting into.The first thing I did was rearrange my kitchen table.(first thing in the morning,I sat in the same chair for coffee and a smoke).If you used to sit down while talking on the phone,stand up,
I kept hot cinnamon candy around and drank coffee(the heat in your throat kinda feels like smoke)I also kept my hands busy with crossword puzzles.
These are just a few suggestions.Good Luck!</description>
